Entry Fee – £8.00 for 1 event, £15 for 2 events, £21 for 3 events.

Age Groups: U11/ U13/ U15/ U17

See below for entries. All entries must be made online- no entries on the day.

Entries will be limited to align with Covid-19 regulations.

Places allocated on a first come first served basis.

Rules for Entry

  1. RULES: Current UKA Rules will apply – “UKA Rules for Competition”.
  2. LICENCE: EA: OUT 21/059 Level 1
  3. EVENT RESTRICTIONS: The organisers reserve the right to modify the number and timing of events and the races for track events to take account of the size of entry. If there are a lack of entries or officials for events, these may be withdrawn from the timetable. A final timetable will be released nearer to the competition date and any entries into events which are cancelled will be refunded or transferred to another event. Please keep checking the website and Facebook for a final timetable.
  4. EQUIPMENT: Due to the nature of the restrictions, competing athletes can bring their own implements for throwing events- These will need to be be checked on arrival.
  5. TRACK EVENTS: These are individual events. Races will be organised by age/gender however, depending on the entries some races may be merged.
  6. FIELD EVENTS: All athletes will have 3 trials.
  7. ENTRIES: The organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry. A minimum number of entries may be required for an event to be held. All information, start lists, timetables etc. will be published on this website and may change on the day. Numbers will be limited to meet Covid-19 regulations.
  8. All entrants must complete a Covid declaration and provide full contact details.  Athletes and parents must respect the extra Covid guidelines otherwise they will be asked to leave.
  9. SPECTATORS: Spectators will NOT be allowed onto the site, however junior athletes (<18yrs) permitted to bring 1 parent/carer per household who must also register and sign in on the day. Once signed in, the attendee must remain within the permitted areas only and maintain at least 2m distance from others.
  10. All athletes and supporters must leave AS SOON AS their/ the athlete’s last event has taken place. This is to meet Covid-19 regulations.
  11. RESULTS: Will be available following the event and will be submitted to Power of 10.
  12. LATE ENTRIES: There will be NO entries on the day.
  13. CANCELLATION: In the event of a cancellation due to Government restrictions the entry fees will be refunded less a deduction to cover any unavoidable meeting expenses.
